Sticky bonuses
The deposit and the bonus are mixed in one balance. You can play with all of it, but when you withdraw, the bonus amount is deducted. Example: a Tk 5,000 deposit and a Tk 5,000 sticky bonus. You finish the wagering with Tk 15,000; you can withdraw Tk 10,000.
Non-sticky bonuses
Your deposit and the bonus sit in separate balances. You play your own money first. If you win early, you can withdraw your winnings and give up the bonus without any wagering. Only when your own money is gone does the bonus balance come into play, with its wagering.
Example: a Tk 5,000 deposit with a Tk 5,000 non-sticky bonus. Your deposit grows to Tk 12,000 before you touch the bonus. You can withdraw the Tk 12,000, forfeit the bonus, and owe no wagering.

How to tell which one you have
The bonus terms say it, sometimes in words like 'bonus funds are non-withdrawable' (sticky) or 'real money is wagered first' (non-sticky). If the terms are unclear, ask support in writing before you deposit, and read our guide to casino terms.
