What no wagering means
Wagering (playthrough) is the number of times you must bet a bonus before you can withdraw it. A no wagering bonus has none: whatever you win from it is withdrawable money at once, subject to the other terms.
Why a small no wagering offer can beat a big one
| Offer | Wagering | Expected value at 96% RTP |
|---|---|---|
| Tk 2,000 cash, no wagering | 0x | Tk 2,000 |
| Tk 10,000 bonus | 20x | about Tk 2,000 |
| Tk 10,000 bonus | 35x | about −Tk 4,000 |
The figures are averages over many players; any single session can go either way.
The conditions that remain
- Minimum deposit to qualify, sometimes with only certain payment methods.
- Maximum win from the spins or credit.
- Maximum bet while the offer is active.
- Expiry, often 24 hours to a few days.
- Named games for free spins.
Alternatives
Low wagering offers (10x or less) and cashback paid as cash come close. A no deposit bonus lets you try a casino without paying in, though it usually carries wagering and a cap. Whatever the offer, test a small withdrawal before you deposit more.
